About the Business
L.D.Rogers Construction has been trading since 1987 carrying out Building contracts in the Capacity of Main Contractors with clients ranging from Individual property owners, Private Developers, Local Authorities (Devon county Council), Major Investment Companies (Sun Life Insurance group). Our contracts have varied over the years to include One off new build Housing projects, Multiple Housing Projects including Road building, Commercial extensions and alterations to shops and offices. We are also experienced in the challenges of carrying out medium size extension and renovation works to Business's such as Nursing and Retirement Homes, Shops & Restaurants understanding the importance of Business as Usual for our clients during construction. Whatever the Project we place great importance on a close working relationship with our clients maintaining good lines of communication throughout.
