About the Business
We have been building and project managing since the'70s to provide a unique service for private clients and developers alike - building new build homes at very competitive prices. Already highly experienced in period renovation and recognised by English Heritage and The Georgian Society we have, more recently re-established ourselves in the renovation and alteration sectors.
We have just completed a comprehensive renovation and loft conversion of a period property in Weybridge, Surrey. The project was scheduled for 40 weeks but was completed in a 22 week period. With the lack of available housing stock in the area we have recognised the potential for clients to extend and improve their existing property. With over 30 years of experience and knowledge of construction and design methods we are able to work closely with clients to understand their desires and establish a convenient way of living whilst the projects are underway.
