Shrewsbury, ShropshireWe asked Simon to convert the separate bathroom and toilet of our 1930's house into a single room, allowing us to fit basin, wc, separate shower cubicle and free standing bath into the original, rather cramped space. We had seen examples of his previous work on the website, and had been very impressed with the level of finish. Simon and his team were on site for two weeks (the work involved replacing the floor, re-plastering all walls and ceiling, moving all of the services, and lying wall and floor tiles), and throughout that time the work was carried out the highest of standards. He was clear on what was needed doing, and we'd have a daily chat to ensure that I was happy with what had been done, and we'd run through what they'd be doing next. If there was a decision required and I wasn't about, Simon would give me a call to discuss. He and his team arrived on time, were professional and very tidy. We would have no hesitation in engaging them again and can thoroughly recommend QBS.
