About the Business
The delivery of a quality service to clients is crucial - we deliver projects on time and to the required standard and in doing so, meet clients expectations. In keeping with this belief the business has introduced a quality management system and benchmarks their performance against Small Business Standard, developed by the Chartered Quality Institute. A Director is an associate member of the CQI in order to access tools, training and the expertise the institute offers.
Another Director is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Builders. This membership is important as not only does it reassure clients that Raeburn CSL share the beliefs of the institute in being reputable and competent, but it also provides access to courses for continued professional development.
The health and wellbeing of the workforce is of prime importance to Raeburn CSL and as such, sound and compliant work processes are adopted in keeping with Health & Safety legislation.
