At SMD Joiners & Builders we take pride in having a reputation of delivering quality and service. A local, family run business, we have over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry. We specialise in Timber Frame, utilising the knowledge and experience gained over the years building the challenging, one-off structures we have become accustomed to. We are based in Falkirk, but we undertake projects throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. SMD Joiners & Builders are available to provide a range of services, from Timber Frame supply and construction through to Full Build new homes and extensions. We also supply any and all trades on a labour only basis (sub contract) on request.
