Major clients include British Airways, BAA, Schools Colleges and Universities, County and Local Councils, Hospital Trusts, Port Facilities, MACE, BAE, Shanly Homes, Asprey Homes and Grundons.
More than 50% of contracts are negotiated or part of a partnering arrangement. Adenstar Developments Limited is one of the preferred contractors for both British Airways and Scottish Power.
