About the Business
Construction Solutions Ltd was formed in 1994 by the current Managing Director Mark Farmer.
The Company's primary activity is Trade (Sub) Contracting delivering General Builder / Structural Alterations packages for Main Contractors & Construction Management Companies. This covers an extremely broad range of trades and services. We are relatively unique in the modern construction industry in that we deliver all our projects with directly employed tradesmen.
The Company has had controlled expansion every year since its inception and during the course of this growth we moved into Principal (Main) Contracting. We have carried out a wide variety of projects but predominantly Residential or Mixed Use Schemes culminating in our most recent £ 4.5M Design & Build project in Camden High St. The Company is a registered NHBC Contractor allowing us to deliver Buildmark warranted schemes for developers.
