About the Business
Planning permission was sought and gained for 20 new build, 3 bedroomed homes on the site. Then in 2001, some two years later, we "banked" our second project, the former Unit 4 Cinema in Shipley, West Yorkshire. We decided to put ourselves into action by starting development with this one. Situated within Cullingworth Conservation area is this former textile mill which is to be converted into a mixed residential development.
Private, allocated car parking for each unit. A select development of detached houses that will appeal to the growing family amidst this World Heritage area.
