2 Bedroom Semi-Detached. Bentilee. Brickwork is fine, the ground floor needs to be removed and relaid due to Red Ash. House is empty, no furniture/carpet etc. The kitchen will need taking out and putting back in, but all laminate flooring can go and so can the oven. I need the work to be completed within 2 weeks.
