Looking to extend a single garage into a separate living space with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. The garage is free-standing, (half of a double garage shared with a neighbor) My half of the garage is approx 5.5m x 2.8m looking to extend to 5.5m x 4.3m. Garage has a 3 sided pitched roof that will need roof windows, there is power going to the garage but no water/drainage that will also need to be provided.
