Building Fixers takes pride in being able to create loft conversions for different needs. Once you have decided to accept our proposal, an allocated contracts manager will guide you through the process of obtaining planning consent, certificate of lawful development and building regulation approval. Where appropriate we will prepare and submit detailed structural engineering calculations for approval by your local authority building control department.
