March 2009 saw the development of C&I Smith Building Contractors into a limited company. A family run business, C&I Smith Building Contractors Ltd owes its name to brothers, Colin and Ian Smith. Colin and Ian hold 50 years of brickwork experience between them. Since 2008, the company has grown significantly, and C&I Smith Building Contractors Ltd have been securing large masonry packages on a 'full fix' basis as well as a 'labour only' basis.
