About the Business

Carole and Michael, trading as C & M Services, have been established since January 2000, when we only offered painting and decorating. Over the years we have grown in experience and now give a full property maintenance service. We are a Husband and Wife team and undertake work from letting agents, landlords to private property owners and have a substantial customer base throughout the Medway towns and Maidstone, as well as many other areas of Kent. We take pride in our work, and are friendly, hard-working and conscientious, providing a speedy service whilst maintaining a high standard of work.

From little repair jobs to fitting bathrooms and kitchens. Always leaving properties clean and tidy, sometimes better than before we arrived. Much of our work comes from recommendations from satisfied customers, who themselves ask us back time and time again to quote for further work. A few of our regular clients are elderly, as they know they can trust us and like the fact that we are man and wife.
