Since the inception of Chiltern Construction Limited (CCL) in 2004, we are proud to have acquired a reputation for a high standard of build. Chiltern Construction Limited is committed to it's service from 'conception to completion', with all builds having an allocated Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the contractors, deliveries and materials.

Chiltern Construction Limited works with their clients and associates to create a 'team'. This aim is to ensure the clients requirements are met in conjunction with making sure compliance with appropriate local building authority regulations, NHBC requirements and budget.

We also provide an aftercare service that is in part with the NHBC warranty, but also because we pride ourselves in our work and in those who work on our behalf.
