De Marzo Builder, a member of the Federation of Master Builders, was established in 1975 and has completed projects all over England - mainly in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester and especially in our home region of Calderdale. We are proud to offer a full range of skills within our workforce, enabling us to take a contract from the design stage right through to completion - whether it be a newly built house or an adaptation to existing accommodation suitable for changed circumstances.

We can arrange for plans to be drawn up for your work, or we can use plans already provided by you. Our business has been going for 41 years and we have been a local authority contractor for over 36 years, gaining regular repeat work from the local authorities we have dealt with.

We have completed structural work on the famous Halifax Piece Hall, a Grade II Listed Building, on Heptonstall Church, and on other Calderdale and Bradford listed buildings, supervised by English Heritage.
