Gynn Construction

The Company is now run by David Derry & Alan Gynn. Kevin Derry joined us in 2010 as Contracts Manager after spending 8 years at Vickery Holman as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Keith Vercoe is the Joinery Manager, overseeing the design and production of all specialist joinery to supply the building contracts and individual clients. Mark Jolliffe is the general office manager and is responsible for the Buying.

Bill Trevarthen has been with Gynn Construction since its formation in 1985, and has managed some of the largest contracts, most notably the riverside developments in Wadebridge at Town Quay and Camelside, a 60 Bedroom Care Home in Launceston and most recently the large Pinewood Housing Development in Polzeath. Bill is currently overseeing the phased construction of 73 dwellings at the former Jewson site in Wadebridge.

Kevin Dingle started work for the company in 1994 as an apprentice mason.
