Our Construction Division specialise in new build construction, building refurbishment, listed building restoration, domestic extensions, consumer loft conversions, double glazing and conservatories within the industrial, commercial, historical and domestic sectors. The jewel in the ELM Solutions / Hi-Tech Construction Company portfolio is our internal Conceptual Design Division which is headed by our Chief Architect, and also includes surveyors and engineers. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and our continuing ability to meet necessary contract deadlines. All projects whether statutory, industrial, commercial or domestic will be overseen by one of our fully accredited site managers to ensure that all work progresses smoothly and safely. In the ever expanding domestic sector, house extensions are one of our specialities. From a small kitchen extension to a complete house rebuild, we can bring your project in on time and on budget.
