Konkal Building Services was formed in 2008, and just recently we've become a Limited Company.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers needs are of the upmost importance. We find that by dealing with every one of our customers on a one to one basis forming excellent professional & honest relationships, is the very best way to meet those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

About Me - I have been in the building trade for over 28 years, and have had substantial experience working on a number of building projects. I started out on a 3 year City & Guilds apprenticeship in bricklaying, then becoming a supervisor for the local council running maintenance contracts on schools, public buildings, and heritage buildings, then becoming a contracts manager and onwards to an operations manager running social housing maintenance contracts.
