About the Business
Looks took its roots in the early 90s when as a small partnership provided one of the first true multi-service building companies in London. The business provided a whole and complete range of small works, maintenance and call-out facilities covering all aspects of the building industry. At that time there were only large corporate maintenance service providers and the company flourished in the London area. Although the company only serviced small works its client base was ever increasing and a decision was taken to enter the commercial contract sector in the late 90s.
The client base and more importantly the companies large selection of smaller more serviceable sub-contractors enabled the company to provide an unbeatable controlled service at a competitive project budget. The company continued to develop into the high end residential market and eventually the small works company was taken over by one of the in house managers.
