David states having run my own business for over 25 years, I have gained valuable experience and learnt many important lessons. I understand that clients expect me to be accessible and responsive to their queries throughout the duration of their work. This, I feel, is the key to building valuable 'partnerships' and maintaining them. I pride myself on always being available to clients before, during and after our work has finished, with the aftercare aspect of our service being as equally important to ensure our clients are happy and remain happy. I have many, many clients who return to use my professional building and maintenance service year after year. I have been working for the same local authorities for over 20 years.
