About the Business
As a sole trader, Richard undertakes the majority of works himself, acting as a project manager where necessary. On smaller jobs this can save the client a significant amount of money as no-one is paid simply to oversee the works. Job sizes range from half a day for handyman odd jobs to entire house renovations over a year. On larger jobs, Richard can work with your own architect or project manager where necessary. Richard has a reliable electrician that he uses that is 'NiCE' registered so he is able to issue certificates for any new electrical work that is undertaken.
This is required by local building regulation officers. There are also plumbers that Richard employs that have their own Corgi (Gas Safe Register) qualifications. So all extra works can be certified as having been done by registered and approved tradespeople.
