As a leading independent principal contractor and steel-frame fabricator with 40 years experience, we specialise in turnkey commercial, industrial, education and leisure projects from £50,000 to £6 million across the north of England and beyond. We're proud of our finished buildings and so are our clients.
From day one on site, the team demonstrated their determination to execute the contract as professionally and successfully as possible bearing in mind our need for Sutcliffe's to work around the added complication of machinery installations two thirds of the way through the building programme. Today we are proud of the facility we have created. We have visitors from all over the world and most ask "who built the factory?"
