SWJ gave us a professional and competitive quote for the work we requested however they were difficult to get hold of and constantly gave excuses why they couldn’t start. Simon arrived at our house on a Monday to say they would start work on Wednesday. This came and went and we were unable to make any contact with him after this. Messages were left on the business number and no one ever replied to us. In spite of this, he was seen working at other properties in the local area. Very disappointing service and I would not recommend.
