Watson and Lyall Limited are all trades Building and Maintenance Contractors who were established in 1985. We carry out all types of building projects for private and public sector clients in Edinburgh and the Lothians, from minor repairs to major refurbishments of around £500,000. We are based in Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, Loanhead, where we built and fitted out our company premises in 2003.

Having these trades directly employed allows us tight control over projects and ensures the continuity of staff and high quality of work. We also have excellent working relationships with a range of specialist sub contractors.
