Whalley Construction is a company with a proud history on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean for well over a hundred years. We are based in Darwen, Lancashire in England. My great, great grandfather, Richard James Whalley lived here well over a century ago. As a young man he set up his own company, R.J. Whalley Builders and Contractors.
