About the Business
Flemming Group, a property maintenance business originally forme in 1994 as Flemming And Son Construction Ltd, operated by its then two directors Paul Flemming and Son, Dorian Flemming carrying out reactive maintenance and minor project works to a select retail client base within the Midlands area. In 2001 Dorian became the sole operator of the business and since then has continued to grow the business diversifying into mainly project works through consistently delivering refurbishment and new build projects over 13 years of varying scope and size to both understand and meet client expectations, with regards to deadlines, budgets and the end product.
In more recent years due to continued expansion Flemming Group was formed to enable further growth and allow the business to diversify into associated areas of construction. Flemming And Son now sits alongside Flemming Construction Ltd, Flemming Property & Development Ltd and Catercare Uk Ltd.
